The amendments in the IHR (International Health Regulations) make WHO proclamations , which are currently advisory, legally binding for all its members, undermining national sovereignty.

2)Article 2

The amendment's give WHO's legislative powers overriding elected governments even in 'potential rather than actual emergencies'.

3)Article 3

The amendments remove the paragraph to have 'respect for dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of people.

4)Article 36 

WHO would be able to censor 'misinformation' or 'disinformation'.  Annexe 1 

5)Article 18

WHO would be given authority to enforce testing, tracing, and quarantines and to mandate and demand proof of medicines and vaccines.

6)Articles 18,23,24,27,28,31,35,36 and 44

WHO would get authority to roll out mandatory global health certificates. Annexes 6 and 8.

7)Article 13A

WHO would seize control  of countries means of production requiring products to be supplied as directed by the WHO

8)Article 44A and Annex 10

Countries would be obliged to provide WHO with billions of of of pounds / dollars for funding the Pharmaceutical Hospital Emergency Industrial Complex and IHR 'infrastructure' at the point of entry into the country.

Reading between the lines; All the failures that the lockdowns, vaccine injuries and refusals, the censoring against scientists, articles and mainstream media blackout and witch hunts and threats against anyone who protested or questioned the 'official narrative' this new legislation by the WHO has put right as it were, they have put into this lessons learnt as to the complete failure of the WEF new reset and so that is now put into the NEW RESET WHO. Every human right is decimated. 

An enormous danger lies in the fact that IHR amendments do not need to be agreed by the official heads of state, thus avoiding parliamentary scrutiny. Unelected, unaccountable and largely anonymous delegates from each member nation can easily change international law by achieving ' consensus' in secret  'informal meetings' by simply remaining silent ' tactical consent' while the document is being considered! This means that, by stealth, the WHO would turn into an Authoritarian World Government with the power to tyrannize much of the world's population.

The WHO is funded by 'stakeholders', governments, unelected billionaires and 'chartable organisations i.e.,  Bill Gates Foundation. In the last couple of years these stakeholders have pushed the world to A)adopt amendment's to the current IHR B) to sign a completely a completely new 'Pandemic Treaty'.  This has implications with 'Digital ' passports, AI, the adoption for transhumanism, eugenics, cyborgism, complete freedom to experiment with genetics (as has been passed by President Biden)technocracy, GMO with chemical meats and food.  Unprecedented, unbridled power.

Dr. Henry Kissinger, who wrote: "Depopulation should be the highest priority of U.S. foreign policy towards the Third World."   Research on population control, preventing future births, is now being carried out secretly by biotech companies. Dr. Ignacio Chapela, a University of California microbiologist, discovered that wild corn in remote parts of Mexico is contaminated with lab altered DNA. That discovery made him a threat to the biotech industry.   Chapela was denied tenure at UC Berkeley when he reported this to the scientific community, despite the embarrassing discovery that UC Chancellor Berdahl, who was denying him tenure, was getting large cash payments - $40,000 per year - from the LAM Research Corp. in Plano, Texas.   Berdahl served as president of Texas A&M University before coming to Berkeley. During a presentation about his case, Chapela revealed that a spermicidal corn developed by a U.S. company is now being tested in Mexico. Males who unknowingly eat the corn produce non-viable sperm and are unable to reproduce.   Depopulation, also known as eugenics, is quite another thing and was proposed under the Nazis during World War II. It is the deliberate killing off of large segments of living populations and was proposed for Third World countries under President Carter's administration by the National Security Council's Ad Hoc Group on Population Policy.   National Security Memo 200, dated April 24, 1974, and titled "Implications of world wide population growth for U.S. security & overseas interests," says:   "Dr. Henry Kissinger proposed in his memorandum to the NSC that "depopulation should be the highest priority of U.S. foreign policy towards the Third World." He quoted reasons of national security, and because `(t)he U.S. economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less-developed countries ... Wherever a lessening of population can increase the prospects for such stability, population policy becomes relevant to resources, supplies and to the economic interests of U.S.   Depopulation policy became the top priority under the NSC agenda, Club of Rome and U.S. policymakers like Gen. Alexander Haig, Cyrus Vance, Ed Muskie and Kissinger. According to an NSC spokesman at the time, the United States shared the view of former World Bank President Robert McNamara that the "population crisis" is a greater threat to U.S. national security interests than nuclear annihilation.In 1975, Henry Kissinger established a policy-planning group in the U.S. State Department's Office of Population Affairs. The depopulation "GLOBAL 2000" document for President Jimmy Carter was prepared.   It is no surprise that this policy was established under President Carter with help from Kissinger and Brzezinski - all with ties to David Rockefeller. The Bush family, the Harriman family - the Wall Street business partners of Bush in financing Hitler - and the Rockefeller family are the elite of the American eugenics movement. Even Prince Philip of Britain, a member of the Bilderberg Group, is in favor of depopulation:   "If I were reincarnated I would wish to be returned to earth as a killer virus to lower human population levels" (Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh, leader of the World Wildlife Fund, quoted in "Are You Ready for Our New Age Future?" In a Bio-Weapons Level 4 facility, a single bacteria or virus is lethal. Bio-Weapons Level 4 is the highest level legally allowed in the continental U.S.   For what purpose are these labs being developed, and who will make the decisions on where bio-weapons created in these facilities will be used and on whom? More than 20 world-class microbiologists have been murdered since 2002, mostly in the U.S. and the UK. It is said that every possibility and probability is in the void vacuum and is also said in the Akashic records in the Vedas and Upanishads, so here again we are led to space, what is everything everywhere and in everything everywhere-- space ! Also the more one shatters the minutest particle one just goes down to more space and emptiness until one is viewing the origin of all things and dimensions, consciousness, you meet yourself, also CERN had these weird images and ceremonies very much like devil worship. With over 60 km of tunnels and more than 80 caverns at depths ... CERN's underground infrastructure is one of the most complex in the world..

There are reports that consciousness stuff goes on in these caves and so and remembering if one opens portals that are done by particle accelerators then the 'observer effect' comes and the unconscious objectives of the scientists are in the mix, so power, lust, are drawn in with these attempts to discover the Universes' secrets. The Secret of Universe is Consciousness. Other than that mechanical, technical efforts become alien to the structure of the Universe and so transhumanism, cyborgism, eugenics and tampering with the natural evolving Universe will in the end make a soulless metallic or synthesized imitation of the natural human being.

General VanHerck is the General in charge of Norad was asked at an earlier interview 'could these balloons be alien? He replied 'I am not ruling out anything'. The Commander of the newly formed Space Force is General Chance Saltzman also formerly of the 509 unit as well, so both of these generals are well acquainted with UFO facts and figures.
