As far as I know and I have very keen contacts the claims about military bases and elsewhere being surveyed by UFO not the new name they give them UAP, more about this has not been verified. In fact there is constant surveillance by UFO and radar especially at specialised UFO human data stations have and do know about. One I heard about is Neatishead in Norfolk and their motto was 'We watch the Skies' it is now reported to be a museum and some say closed.
On researching this I contacted a source at MIT and a security source at Arecibo and they told me the cable was a wire hawser and it looked as though it had been burnt through and as far as they knew it would take hours to burn through and they are regularly inspected and many others contacted me and said it was sabotaged. There are misleading reports some say the main cable broke and others say it happened in November. The dish was used for SETI(search for extra terrestrial life) and astronomers are in shock as it is not to be rebuilt and an education centre of some sorts is to be built there.
Now the mystery gets deeper; it was told to me that that the guards at the dish patrolled 24/7 at all times and were armed and there were turrets for further observation and regular maintenance was carried out and efficiently supervised. It was further rumoured that the connected radar or surveillance network to other facilities were disconnected around the globe and that a large object passed close to the Earth undetected because of the network breakdown. Could it be ET did the damage or the threat which I will come to later was engineered by those of a human origin?

By the way and here I might here a gasp and you may never read me again ' if you have researched the 'Phantom Wave' and Russian and German scientist re the salamander experiments and found the frequency of the salamander regeneration vibe and transferred it to a frogs egg and a salamander came out, this be found in research it is is possible that the transference by ET to a human female womb would be possible and so a 'Divine' birth'. Oh boy I might regret this as I did some time back eneter the details of the experiment with the idea of a Divine birth and when I lived in Colindale I was attacked and actually stoned and the local Vicar came to my rescue.

I have revisited my research about Arecibo and a scientific paper on crop circles and the radio active nucleoids and the twisting of the plants and the symmetry and the ratio of the radio activity found in genuine crop circles as to my satisfaction they are not formed by humans.
Taking this further; the response and reply to the 1974 Arecibo beamed message found at in Hampshire some 27 years later in my view is genuine. I would go further and say that there has been communication going on for those years and is highly classified and perhaps this was why the Dish was sabotaged and further evidence destroyed by those who have an Agenda. Perhaps ET were to act more openly because of the danger of Earth being destroyed and the message given to General Eisenhower by aliens 'beware of the Industrial Military Complex' was and is now critical. I feel that ET are communicating and have done for millions of years and those that eyes that see, hearts are compassionate and act with know and feel this.
