Hello and welcome. I write this on Christmas Eve 2023 and I wish you all Seasons Greetings which ever faith or beliefs you may have a terrific New Year in 2024.
This is such a ginormous subject to which I have been building up to for years and years and tried to insert building blocks, pieces of the puzzle, sort of piecemeal because I was aware many would laugh and get to think I was one sandwich short of picnic or one nut and bolt short of a meccano set or a piece missing from the leggo package, that vital bit missing when you set out to put together a flat pack. I attempted some in workshops on ET and wrote my UFO story and got a scolding from many readers over too much ET, I took the flak and now I have to face up to the fact I may lose many of the readers who have followed the articles and blogs so far and I know I irritate many readers by repetition but this is so absolutely vital I willing to take the risk.

My first actual siting was in 1967 I was in a twelve seater vehicle in which were two Tibetan Lamas a crazy youth called David Bowie and were halfway between Langholm and Lockerbie in Scotland going back to Samye Ling or then Johnstone House, suddenly six UFO's appeared as in image above, the Lamas told us not to look as they were our Space Cousins and the Holy Ones, of course we looked, therein afterwards I have some other experiences and of course investigated some 1800 cases all over Europe for an Official Source. Of course my 1967 writings mentions contact and new race of humans slowly growing through the energies of the real climate change and the impending 6th extinction of which the elite were aware of and trying to stop or delay.

all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space
by the United States, and to require the President to take action to
adopt and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons.

Mr. Kucinich introduced the following bill; which was referred to the
Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committees on Armed
Services, and International Relations, for a period to be subsequently
determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such
provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

A BILL
To preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of
all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space
by the United States, and to require the President to take action to
adopt and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Space Preservation Act of 2001''.
SEC. 2. REAFFIRMATION OF POLICY ON THE PRESERVATION OF PEACE IN SPACE.
Congress reaffirms the policy expressed in section 102(a) of the
National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958 (42 U.S.C. 2451(a)), stating
that it ``is the policy of the United States that activities in space
should be devoted to peaceful purposes for the benefit of all
mankind.''.
SEC. 3. PERMANENT BAN ON BASING OF WEAPONS IN SPACE.
The President shall--
(1) implement a permanent ban on space-based weapons of the
United States and remove from space any existing space-based
weapons of the United States; and
(2) immediately order the permanent termination of research
and development, testing, manufacturing, production, and
deployment of all space-based weapons of the United States and
their components.
SEC. 4. WORLD AGREEMENT BANNING SPACE-BASED WEAPONS.
The President shall direct the United States representatives to the
United Nations and other international organizations to immediately
work toward negotiating, adopting, and implementing a world agreement
banning space-based weapons.
SEC. 5. REPORT.
The President shall submit to Congress not later than 90 days after
the date of the enactment of this Act, and every 90 days thereafter, a
report on--
(1) the implementation of the permanent ban on space-based
weapons required by section 3; and
(2) progress toward negotiating, adopting, and implementing
the agreement described in section 4.
SEC. 6. NON SPACE-BASED WEAPONS ACTIVITIES.
Nothing in this Act may be construed as prohibiting the use of
funds for--
(1) space exploration;
(2) space research and development;
(3) testing, manufacturing, or production that is not
related to space-based weapons or systems; or
(4) civil, commercial, or defense activities (including
communications, navigation, surveillance, reconnaissance, early
warning, or remote sensing) that are not related to space-based
weapons or systems.
SEC. 7. DEFINITIONS.
In this Act:
(1) The term ``space'' means all space extending upward
from an altitude greater than 60 kilometers above the surface
of the earth and any celestial body in such space.
(2)(A) The terms ``weapon'' and ``weapons system'' mean a
device capable of any of the following:
(i) Damaging or destroying an object (whether in
outer space, in the atmosphere, or on earth) by--
(I) firing one or more projectiles to
collide with that object;
(II) detonating one or more explosive
devices in close proximity to that object;
(III) directing a source of energy
(including molecular or atomic energy,
subatomic particle beams, electromagnetic
radiation, plasma, or extremely low frequency
(ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy
radiation) against that object; or
(IV) any other unacknowledged or as yet
undeveloped means.
(ii) Inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or
destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily
health, mental health, or physical and economic well-
being of a person)--
(I) through the use of any of the means
described in clause (i) or subparagraph (B);
(II) through the use of land-based, sea-
based, or space-based systems using radiation,
electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or
other energies directed at individual persons
or targeted populations for the purpose of
information war, mood management, or mind
control of such persons or populations; or
(III) by expelling chemical or biological
agents in the vicinity of a person.
(B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as--
(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information
weapons;
(ii) chemtrails;
(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons
systems;
(iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic
weapons;
(v) laser weapons systems;
(vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or
extraterrestrial weapons; and
(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate,
or tectonic weapons.
(C) The term ``exotic weapons systems'' includes weapons
designed to damage space or natural ecosystems (such as the
ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or climate, weather, and
tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or
destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in
space.

The Crown Prosecution Service has announced that computer hacker Gary McKinnon, whose extradition to the US was blocked, will not face charges in the UK, bringing to an end a 10-year legal battle. But who is Mr McKinnon?
In March 2002 Glasgow-born Mr McKinnon was arrested by police at his dingy flat in Wood Green, north London.
Scotland Yard detectives were acting on allegations from the Americans that he had hacked into US military computer systems in an attempt to bring them down.
He allegedly immobilised sensitive systems in the wake of the 9/11 attacks.
Mr McKinnon, now 46, admits hacking into US computers but says he had been on a "moral crusade" to find classified documents about Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs).

Then of course there is Katherine Austin Fitts who is one of the many investigators trying to trace the 22Trillion dollars missing from the Government accounts and she like many realise that to build a network besides Musk and co in space and keep the already manned bases on the Moon and Mars supplied needs that sort of do re mi (cockney for money) would be needed and of course let on what is being used for apart from the secret underground bases.
Next we had the USA Government with its sort of ET disclosure with the farce of CIA Whistle Blowers threatening an Alien Invasion and the Grusch and Luis Elizondo with one of the Melon Family and found to be a CIA divergent story.

It was Donald Trump as President initiated the USA Space command; interestingly enough Dr John Trump; https://www.pbs.org/tesla/ll/ll_mispapers.html read about him and Tesla and he was put in charge of the UFO file, Tesla spoke a lot about ET as did Werner Van Braun late of NASA and Trump has hinted he knew a lot more about the UFO FILE than others think and the great authority on this is Dark Journalist.com

At the top of the article is an image of ET and Elliott and as the image above depicts that the education, the LGBT, the transhumanism are getting into children's head, call me old fashioned, perhaps I am I have seen in my life what tyrannical despots did and do, for instance Dr Josef Mengele, Aribert Ferdinand Heim did the most awful medical experiments with prisoners in the second world war as a result of that The Nuremburg Medical Code of Ethics were installed and all of them broken by Covid-19 in 2020 even till now. Can you imagine if images 1 to 5 were now space bound, who or what authority would be the law or care for us Earth bound pawns?
Whilst you may think or feel this is junk and it will not happen, well its happening RIGHT NOW, even go to space.com and see the launches and the international space stations planned where the judiciary of the Earth are Space Bound and live through their satellite networks and the neural link being part of it and can be administered by forced technology?
There is so much more but I will stop before I get censored and accused of frightening people and of course all fake news because the fake news people are fake themselves and are only protecting their Deep State Masters and political / medical narratives.
