 Hello and watch out. Strange but the last article turned out that several browsers garbled my article on 'The Backdrop, ---Speculation ----Playing.  Now if you look at Image 1 and I tried getting into the web address several browsers had this 'Site cannot be reached' 'Google policy not supporting this site' . Then it cleared and I was let in. I can well understand because here are samples below of the information that is being put out. It makes Image 1 look tame and non intrusive. Should you care to browse through the links and access more well you might be shocked. ♒🎢

  The Army's very strange webpage on "Voice-to-Skull" weapons has been removed. It was strange it was there, and it's even stranger it's gone. If you Google it,  you'll see the entry  for "Voice-to-Skull device," but, if you click on the website,  the link is dead.

The entry,  still available on the Federation of American Scientists' website reads:

Nonlethal weapon which includes (1) a neuro-electromagnetic device which uses microwave transmission of sound into the skull of persons or animals by way of pulse-modulated microwave radiation; and (2) a silent sound device which can transmit sound into the skull of person or animals. NOTE: The sound modulation may be voice or audio subliminal messages. One application of V2K is use as an electronic scarecrow to frighten birds in the vicinity of airports.

The U.K.-based group  Christians Against Mental Slavery  first noted the change (they also have a permanent  screenshot of the page). A representative of the group tells me they contacted the Webmaster, who would only tell them the entry was "permanently removed."

To preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of 
all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space 
 by the United States, and to require the President to take action to 
    adopt and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons.
SEC. 7. DEFINITIONS.

    In this Act:
            (1) The term ``space'' means all space extending upward 
        from an altitude greater than 60 kilometers above the surface 
        of the earth and any celestial body in such space.
            (2)(A) The terms ``weapon'' and ``weapons system'' mean a 
        device capable of any of the following:
                    (i) Damaging or destroying an object (whether in 
                outer space, in the atmosphere, or on earth) by--
                            (I) firing one or more projectiles to 
                        collide with that object;
                            (II) detonating one or more explosive 
                        devices in close proximity to that object;
                            (III) directing a source of energy 
                        (including molecular or atomic energy, 
                        subatomic particle beams, electromagnetic 
                        radiation, plasma, or extremely low frequency 
                        (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy 
                        radiation) against that object; or
                            (IV) any other unacknowledged or as yet 
                        undeveloped means.
                    (ii) Inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or 
                destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily 
                health, mental health, or physical and economic well-
                being of a person)--
                            (I) through the use of any of the means 
                        described in clause (i) or subparagraph (B);
                            (II) through the use of land-based, sea-
                        based, or space-based systems using radiation, 
                        electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or 
                        other energies directed at individual persons 
                        or targeted populations for the purpose of 
                        information war, mood management, or mind 
                        control of such persons or populations; or
                            (III) by expelling chemical or biological 
                        agents in the vicinity of a person.
            (B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as--
                    (i) electronic, psychotronic, or information 
                weapons;
                    (ii) chemtrails;
                    (iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons 
                systems;
                    (iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic 
                weapons;
                    (v) laser weapons systems;
                    (vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or 
                extraterrestrial weapons; and
                    (vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, 
                or tectonic weapons.
            (C) The term ``exotic weapons systems'' includes weapons 
        designed to damage space or natural ecosystems (such as the 
        ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or climate, weather, and 
        tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or 
        destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in 
        space.

Well just read some of the links and you may wonder exactly what this law was about. and of what use. I know that innocuous SHACK experiences 'www.shackisback.blogspot.com has been censored and I contested it and said 'please show me the paragraphs or content you object too? Usually within three days there is a reply, ' a revision has found that is to be reinstated'  The strange thing is most of the SHACK articles out 4,000 were way back in the beginning or middle some years back?

Although this was in 1999 following this through and in view that exotic weaponry has advanced some and then some again and with certain factions hell bent on changing us read back blogs please just say six back or so and with new digital devices and as said 'do you know if you are being brain washed' every time you text, phone and receive 'SUBLIMINAL ' silent waves are at work either influencing or monitoring and gathering information about you, in one of the links it is stated that there are supercomputers that can literally monitor the world's population. With AI it can monitor 197 languages and dialects for key words, encrypted codes that need looking into and threats and as I have said move this into space where there is no control 'as yet' and thousands of satellites doing lord knows what and mull this over.

OK I am going to publish this now and run through the browsers.

In cockney 'blinken' or blinken heck where I came from in cockney land was 'bloody' this or that. My view is that the lovely American people are being led up the garden path. The USA  unfortunately forces its self on regimes and if they refuse----sanctions. Mind you in some situations they may be of use.

I've checked four browsers and all is well. Only Opera and Brave showed one before this.
