Hello are we meeting for breakfast. I have smoothies on three days and miss on others a sort of fast I have done this for years. The smoothies are kale, berries(blueberry, blackberry, and at times, grapes, raspberries, strawberries)banana, apple, green barley, cacao , cinnamon and ginger. Lunch salad with some Tuna, or chicken, evening steamed veggies brussel sprouts, green beans, sweet potato, celery, carrot, beetroot, tomato, cauliflower, broccoli and an egg. Then to drink Apple Cider Organic (with what they call the Mother in), sometimes I vary this and have wild rice and basamati brown rice with some veg and spices, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and cumin with oregano. For deserts at times, berries, home-made Yoghurt or Kefir with banana apple and cacao. Sometimes at the weekends I have a treat when I can afford it either some jerk chicken at the local Caribbean Restaurant or an Indian one. Every morning I have a Vit D spray in mouth and a desert spoon of organic raw virgin coconut. I exercise on an empty stomach, these include, Qi Gong, bodyblade, Jiangan(as per Bruce Johnson original) and at various times of the day, Mudra Yoga, Jala Neti( nose bowl for sinuses),Nauli(which is abdominal rolling) pranayama(Alternate nostril breathing), every morning 1hr meditation, all the other above can be moving meditation. Some readers requested this information, apologies if the the above seems not relevant and too personal.
Even when at work before so called retirement and workshops, I did short sessions of talk and then an imagery and relaxing.
I have breaks every 20 mins when reading, or researching, I then yawn, stretch, rub forearms and palms, do a mudra, short session of Qi Gong, bodyblade, and kind of break up these into small sessions. My boss and others called me the stroller and yet I did as much work as others and lasted longer. I Posted the above as several people asked what I do and eat and were curious, I vary my routines as it were about food, meeting folk, computer and all the rest. REST I do a lot of. Some call it lazy.
By the way I have a lot of problems with the computer so please excuse the gaps and overprint.
